As the crew attend to a sickly Lyria and Vyrn...

The Violet Knight lets out an exasperated sigh before the Legion Void.

When Vyrn falls unconscious, Repti turns up with a mask that reinforces Vyrn's existence—though it is only a stopgap measure. He then mutters that he is currently an ally to Gran.

Tending to a fatigued Vyrn whose breathing is shallow and raspy, Gran wipes his body down with a wet towel.

Vyrn

Hehe, that tickles.

As if absorbed by the little dragon, the mask quickly fades away.

Vyrn regains consciousness, his breath growing steady yet still raspy.

This is a research mask I used on Libertaria Island.

It contains memories of the red dragon as seen by your father, Gran.

Repti

I believe those on the precipice of being lost to the Otherworld can last a little longer if we reinforce their existences in this manner.

Though bear in mind this is nothing more than a stopgap measure. After all, there is only so much we can do without solving the root of the problem.

Repti smiles with his eyes in response to Gran's words of gratitude.

Hehehe... There's no need to be so wary.

Your father and I spent much time together as traveling companions.

Gran pauses for a moment, unsure how to respond. Just then, a ruckus is heard from outside.

As the captain runs off to check on the situation, Repti makes one last remark.

Fed up with the resistance that Lyria and Vyrn continue to show, Maxwell shows up for a confrontation with the crew.

I thought I'd come by to see what's taking so long.

The red dragon and girl in blue are putting up a good fight. I suppose I should have expected no less from the vessels of god.

Gran steps outside to find the crew in a standoff with Maxwell, who has suddenly emerged.
